General
| 1. |
All retreat rules must be followed. |
| 3. |
In order to attend the retreat, you must be with your family. All reservations are for ALL available spaces in a room (in essence we can only reserve an entire room at a time). Our contract with the resort does not allow us to reserve a single space in a room. |
| 4. |
Due to the unique nature of this retreat, and in order to accommodate the needs of all families, we cannot accept registrations from unmarried individuals. |
| 5. |
Registration or attendance for just one day is not permitted. |
| 6. |
Individuals must be registered participants of the Midwest Family Retreat in order to participate and attend the retreat lectures and activities. |
| 7. |
No refunds can be offered after November 18, 2011 due to the resort's policy. |
| 8. |
We cannot offer refunds to anyone registering or attending the retreat in violation of the established rules. |
Housing
| 1. |
Occupants will be held financially responsible for any damages to the room occupied. |
| 2. |
Long distance phone calls can only be made through the use of credit and phone cards. |
| 3. |
Only one family is allowed in each room. We cannot allow multiple families to be in one room. |
| 4. |
Maximum sleeping capacities are 4 people for a 1-bedroom suite and 6 people for a 2-bedroom suite. Additional occupants above the maximum sleeping capacity can be accommodated in each room if you provide your own sleeping bags. Should you require a roll-away cot for occupancy greater than the above listed maximum sleeping capacity, an additional charge will be added by the hotel to the credit card used upon check-in. |

One-bedrooms suites are provided with 4 waterpark pass and Two-bedroom suites are provided with 6 waterpark passes. Should you require additional passes, they are available from the front desk at an additional cost, to be charged to the credit card used upon check-in. |

Cots are available at an additional charge to be billed to the credit card used upon check-in. |
| 7. |
Per the resorts policy (click here to see details), direct parental supervision is required for children under the age of 16. When using the whirlpool, children under 16 must have an adult in the water with them. Children who are not yet toilet-trained must wear swim diapers. |
Attire
| 1. |
Modest attire is required at all times. Please bring appropriate clothes for the meetings, sports, swimming and leisure activities. |
| 2. |
No shorts, bathing suits, or sleeveless tops are permitted during the lectures or liturgies. |
Attendance & Lectures
| 1. |
Attendance at all liturgies and lectures is expected. |
| 2. |
Cellular phones and pagers must be turned off during scheduled activities. |
| 3. |
Retreat attendees MAY NOT bring outsiders to the hotel who are not registered with the Midwest Family Retreat. |
| 4. |
Babysitting is available ONLY during lectures. Children must be signed in and out by a parent possessing a valid photo ID. |
Behavior
| 1. |
No smoking or consumption of alcoholic beverages will be allowed. |
| 2. |
Please remember this is a Christian retreat and as such each family is expected to act accordingly. |
Adhering to the above rules will guarantee a retreat with the utmost in spiritual benefits.
